How it Works

Starting the process:

We work with you via email and/or phone to acquire the right accomodation for you. Choose from studios, lofts, flats, condos or homes, all tastefully furnished and fully equipped. We prepare all the paperwork, confirm the dates & make initial arrangements.

Before your arrival:

We ensure that your rental unit is ready for you, and prepare some essentials to make your stay more comfortable. If you have requested vehicle rentals, cell phones or other options, we will confirm the arrangements and pick up any necessary equipment. Finally, we confirm your arrival times so that we can be at the airport to meet you.

When you get here:

Our representative will drive you to your rental, and briefly show you around the unit and the amenities on site. An information kit will be on hand containing all you need to know about your stay and the local area. Depending on your arrival time, either later that day or the next morning we will be back to finalize any rentals and to deliver the vouchers for your optional tours and activities.

During your stay:

We will be on call 24/7 to answer any questions and help when needed. At the end of your stay we will help you with closing arrangements and take you back to the airport.
